We're looking for dedicated Back of House Staff to join our culinary team and help us deliver exceptional food to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, with a focus on Neapolitan pizza and raw bar offerings. Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Assist with food prep, including washing, chopping, and marinating ingredients. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy shifts. Help with inventory management and restocking as needed. Assist in creating and implementing new menu items. Qualifications: Previous experience in a back-of-house role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting. Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, raw bar preparation, and food safety regulations. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
