We're on the lookout for a Lead Bartender to join our team and help us take our guest experience to the next level. What You'll Do: Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding service with every drink. Craft signature cocktails and provide wine pairings, ensuring that each guest enjoys a tailored and memorable experience. Assisting in bar inventory and managing stock levels.. Train and mentor fellow bartenders, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are adhered to. Cultivate relationships with guests, creating a welcoming environment for everyone and embodying the spirit of inclusivity. Assist in the development and implementation of new drink menus, specials, and seasonal offerings. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. A deep passion for craft cocktails and wine, with a strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine pairings, and bar management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and think on your feet during high-volume service. A positive, upbeat attitude and a commitment to fostering a fun and inclusive work environment.
