Responsibilities Analyzes and codes multi-specialty cases performed in the Downtown OR and Regional Medical Center OR by reviewing documentation and confirming coding is in compliance with regulatory standards. Identifies trends/problems in medical documentation and recommends possible solutions. Assists with billing and documentation in daily interaction with physicians regarding various inquiries relating to CPT and ICD-10 coding. Five years of CPT and Diagnostic coding experience in a healthcare provider or a third party payer setting. Clinical knowledge preferred. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. We deliver inspired people to do meaningful work.
