Job DescriptionThe Director, New Products Portfolio Strategy, is a critical role to continue to transition our company and ramp up new oncology assets. The Director leads or supports various strategic and operational initiatives. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Oncology New Products. Key Responsibilities: Operationalize the global-regional-local engine and manage Program Manager contractor Monitor and update approaches for Global Commercial Team meetings; tracking and ensuring consistency across new products Co-chair monthly pan-asset forum Support New Product Exchange Forum agenda and managing evolution Organize bi-annual senior leader reviews and new products education sessions to enhance excitement and efficiency Filter/triage requests for global teams Ensure coordination and synthesize with other workstreams impacting new asset planning Enhance collaboration & excellence Support Global marketing transition by maintaining & pulling through Global Oncology Roles & Responsibilities Embed best practices and ensure HH-wide updates occur Support forecasting guidance updates Enhance New Products Oncology team decision making and culture Optimize Quarterly Business Review process, objectives, and embedding key initiatives Proactive new products senior level review planning Lead budgeting process, support extended team meetings, and enhance culture Be a change agent who supports and leads cross-divisional projects and embeds growth mindset. Expected US salary range:$187,000.00 - $294,400.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
