Strategy & Transactions - Core Business Services - Transaction Diligence - Experience Management (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1571883), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Provide business strategic support to client-serving engagement teams including preparing, examining, and analyzing financial reports; planning and budgeting; financial analysis; finance support; market support; resource planning; transaction processing; and billing support. Collaborate with respective Executive Management leaders and client-serving leadership on resource management processes, making recommendations to drive business performance and the firm's strategic plan. Prioritize monthly, quarterly, and annual EMQCP and ISQM quality and/or compliance activities and associated reporting as required for the specific market/Business Competency supported. Provide pertinent resource planning details and relevant analysis to support business and operations activities and fiscal planning activities. Appropriately prioritize deployment decisions based on business, client, and engagement needs, specialization requirements, timing constraints, deployment continuity and other considerations. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and 3 years of related experience. Must have 3 years of experience with data and financial analysis and reporting. Must have 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including Pivot tables and V-Lookups. Must have 3 years of experience with managing staff and planning engagement deployments of professional employees on engagements. Must have 3 years of experience using scheduling tools.
