Ref: 311304 Type: Direct Hire Location: Bronx, NY Job Level: Senior Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Opportunity Description Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to join our dynamic team! The Senior Living facility is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River in Riverdale, New York. It provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long-term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services, and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care. The Director of Sales is an integral part of the Continuum of Care, including the Senior Living Sales and Marketing Division. Company Information Large Senior Continuum of Care located in Riverdale, Bronx, NY. Job Duties Oversee marketing functions of the community, including effectively selling the community's services. Network, plan events, and develop relationships with surrounding healthcare providers and referral sources. Stabilize census of Senior Housing's Private Pay and Medicaid Assisted Living and Independent Living Apartments. Report community outreach effort outcomes and direction on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop a strategic plan for marketing senior living housing. Prepare and complete action plans, implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends. Education Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred from an accredited college or university in marketing, business management, business administration, communication, or healthcare. Experience & Skills Required Experience in sales and marketing, preferably with senior housing or a healthcare facility, with five years of progressive management experience required. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually plus commission and bonuses.
