Prep Cook

Masquerade is a busy Persian cocktail bar and restaurant. We have recently renovated and upgraded our restaurant and we are looking for a prep cook to help us with our weekly production and support the team whenever its needed. You should be ok with washing dishes and prepping for 1 or 2 of your shifts. You should be able and ok with carrying heavy boxes. Your schedule is going to be somewhat fixed but you should be available to stay longer or come earlier if needed.  Ideally we are looking for someone who has a "pastry knowledge" and has worked as a "line cook" or as a " garde-manger" or as a catering cook before. It's not a deal breaker if not and we are willing to train the right candidate but it is a big plus.  If you think you are the right candidate, we are very excited to meet you.
