Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, located in Springfield, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be integral in handling customer interactions, managing data, and working on customer account maintenance. Responsibilities: - Contact customers to gather and confirm missing details - Enter the collected information accurately into the system - Ensure the maintenance of detailed customer records - Monitor customer accounts and execute necessary actions - Handle customer inquiries effectively - Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency - Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and track customer data - Maintain high levels of customer service throughout all interactions.
