Apply Job Type Full-time Description JOB SUMMARY Account Managers focus on creating best in class, long-term relationships with customers at every level of the Property Management industry. Account Managers are always seeking new sales opportunities and developing relationships with key accounts in their respective regions. Our Account Managers represent themselves and the company with the highest level of honesty and integrity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships * Negotiate, prepare, and present client proposals * Measure and generate budget conscious floor plans, layouts, seam diagrams & sales proposals (using measuring, takeoff & estimating software) all while maximizing profitability and concentrating on the details * Observe/manage installation issues & quality control * Attend Property Management industry events & become an active member of the industry association, this includes committee and volunteer work * Collaborate daily with customer service and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience * Respond to all client and operations requests in a timely manner * Use good business practices and represent yourself, as well as the company with highest level of integrity * Meet or exceed individual sales goals. Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual progress and action plans/goals to management * Use timely, clear, and concise communication skills when conducting business with customers and internal staff * Be available by phone during all operations, installation hours, and some Saturdays * Collaborate with sales team and management to identify and grow sales within the region * Assist internal staff with client issues * Collaborate and facilitate a culture of teamwork and camaraderie * Any additional tasks requested by management SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. * None Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
