Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will lead teams, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As Wildpack grows, this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the development of new processes and systems.
