Maintenance Technician - BG

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * This role is responsible to support 8 different self storage facilities * Facility Management and a general understanding of all mechanical systems * Assist in security contracts for all outside vendor work * Performs general cleaning of inside and outside of property * General Maintenance abilities including: * Painting * Doors - replace hasps, preventative maintenance, repairing gates, cutting locks * Storage Units - caulking, sealants, drywall, minor framing repair * Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools * These skills are a plus but not required: * Electrical - ballasts, interior and exterior lighting * Minor Plumbing * Roof - general cleaning and basic structural assessment * HVAC - preventative maintenance Enjoy the Benefits We offer an extensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, accident plan, 401K and a Roth 401K with a safe harbor match.
