Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Provide exceptional customer service to the vendors, manufacturers, global hub staff and customer using the following system tools: HP Open View, Web portal ASN upload, and Inview * Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders * Assign all service calls, change orders and work orders to the proper parties for handling * Communicate status updates via email communication * Follow prescribed work instructions outlining all hub processes
