Overview ABOUT THE TEAM The Director role will report into the Senior Vice President position and will be a part of the Account Management Team. This team works collectively to ensure budget and revenue delivery, with clear communication across various investment teams and clients Responsibilities ABOUT THE ROLE The expectations for this role fall into a few key categories: * Communication * Serve as liaison between Account Management team and APEX Activation teams to help maximize procedural efficiencies * Work with Account Management team to confirm account updates are disseminated to broader Activation teams with clear alignment on contractual agreements, billing timelines, Salesforce, etc. * Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement within workflow process and communication protocols * Reporting * Manage dashboards for multiple high-profile accounts to ensure KPI delivery, including: achieving budget objectives, media savings/value, etc. * Utilize dashboards to track client goals and pacing; collaborate with Investment and Operations teams for entry and ongoing updates * Manage reporting deliverables: generate reports, compile and analyze data, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, develop summary of findings, communicate key trends and highlights * Create and maintain charts and pivot tables to visualize key data and trends for internal teams and clients * Assist in the creation of pacing charts to track client goals, media performance, and budget objectives * Operations * Contribute to the evolution of Salesforce/Dashboards to improve user experience, allowing for better business analysis * Coordinate with Media Ops to adhere to standardized processes * Partner with finance to monitor billing, working with Activation teams to ensure cleared/billed invoices remain within client approved timelines * Work across APEX Activation teams to improve Salesforce utilization and hygiene Qualifications TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS We value diversity of thought and experiences at APEX! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
