The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves leading a team of production staff in a food manufacturing environment, implementing efficient processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations.Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.Utilize statistical process control techniques to analyze production data and improve efficiency.Manage and maintain visual factory management tools to enhance workflow and communication.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address issues, and promote teamwork.Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and productivity.Implement principles to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.Qualifications3+ years production supervising experienceExperience working in food plants requiredExperience with Visual Factory Management, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Process ControlAbility to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsSalary: $67k-$92kMedicalDentalVisionPTOHolidaysOpportunity for growth!
