Through hands-on experience and structured training, you'll gain knowledge in food production, safety protocols, quality control, and equipment operation.This role is your first step toward becoming a Production Supervisor-a critical leader driving efficiency, safety, and excellence in our manufacturing process.What You'll DoTeam Leadership:Learn to lead and motivate production teams to meet quality and safety standards.Gradually take on responsibilities to guide team operations.Operational Support:Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and troubleshooting equipment issues.Ensure sanitation and safety standards are upheld.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve production processes and reduce costs.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Training & Development:Participate in training programs to build expertise in leadership, production management, and safety protocols.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure production activities meet company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.What You BringQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly line, or factory work.Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic math skills for recipe adjustments.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards.What Success Looks LikeAcquiring the skills needed to transition into a Production Supervisor role.Consistently meeting or exceeding safety, quality, and operational standards.Leading team members effectively to achieve production goals.Contributing to process and efficiency improvements.Completing training programs and hands-on learning milestones.Why Join Village Gourmet?At Village Gourmet, you're not just building a career-you're becoming part of a team dedicated to preserving culinary traditions and creating something extraordinary.
