Working with the 1ERP Innovation Factory service line, this individual's primary responsibility is to support the 1ERP Fiori Launchpad and various innovation projects for the larger 1ERP group. This person will be responsible for providing support and working directly with other service lines within 1ERP and sector customers. The selected individual should have an application development background, with SAP ERP operational technical experience and working knowledge of Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration. They will be responsible for the direct implementation of the 1ERP Launchpad and have the adaptability to focus on various ideas that come through the Innovation Factory. Roles and Responsibilities Include: Must follow the 1ERP organization con ops and policies for development and provide status to both customers and management. Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on issues relating to Launchpad/Innovation, provide strategic roadmap, and support upgrades. Create and document detailed processes and procedures. Coordinate with 1ERP service line resources and customers, and conduct complex solutions. Support cross services lines to assist sector customers through various meetings and communications with key internal/external business resources. Establish and manage project tasks and scope. Lead complex business requirement discussions; gather, evaluate, and document business needs and requirements, translating those into functional specifications. Responsible for driving changes and enhancements through communication with stakeholders, users, and developers, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position demands that candidates demonstrate solid interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior management, organize resources, and communicate across functional and technical lines. Basic Qualifications: Ability to travel 10% - 40% of the time, depending on workload/assignment. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, IT, or Finance. A minimum of 3-7 years of management experience directly related to position duties and responsibilities. Strength in directly and indirectly working with others to achieve desired business goals; ability to influence and motivate. Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Fiori Solutions. Experience working with Virtual teams. Experience with project methodologies, processes, change management, and leading solutions. Experience working in a large global company where prioritizing demands and negotiating timelines are crucial. Experience with UI5 and UX. IT Landscape experience with understanding of SAP S/4, ECC, GTS, Fiori, Business Warehouse operational support concepts. Preferred Qualifications: MIS or MBA in related field of studies. Fiori Certification/Experience. UI5 Development skills. 3+ years working knowledge integrating SAP systems and processes with non-SAP systems. Emerging IOT technologies and applications skills (Leonardo, HANA IOT, etc.). Customer-centric attitude with the ability to deal with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence senior-level management and key business stakeholders. Prior experience in managing SAP support and maintenance in S/4, ECC, and GTS environments. Salary Range: $100,300 - $150,500 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
