Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy robust ML models. Experience in AI safety-related projects, multi-modal modeling, or computer vision is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to address complex challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions in areas such as Content Safety, Product Security, ML Fairness/Bias, Misinformation, Robustness, and related fields.Work with multi-modal data to create innovative models for diverse applications.Develop and deploy computer vision models for real-world applications.Monitor and enhance model performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI safety, and computer vision.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.Experience in AI safety-related ML projects, such as Content Safety, Product Security, ML Fairness/Bias, Misinformation, or Robustness, is a plus.Hands-on experience with multi-modal modeling or computer vision technologies.Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying ML models.Experience in developing and maintaining scalable AI pipelines.Knowledge of reinforcement learning or unsupervised learning techniques.
