Salary: $125K MAXJob Description: Marketing Activation Manager (personal care, health brands)Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Marketing Activation Manager to lead omni-channel activation efforts across the Americas. This role combines strategic planning with operational excellence to drive marketing impact, foster partnerships, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consumer goods marketing and sales, with a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOmni-Channel Activation:Develop and execute localized activation plans by integrating on-shelf merchandising, fixturization, retailer media, digital platforms, PR, and partnerships to meet market goals. Ensure alignment between retail marketing initiatives and national media plans for cohesive messaging and stronger impact.Portfolio and Product Management:Oversee product portfolio strategies, including range, channel, and pricing management, in collaboration with the Commercial team. Lead the launch and growth of new products by supporting sell-in efforts and optimizing market introduction strategies.Retailer Engagement and Perfect Store Execution:Build and nurture relationships with key retailers to influence merchandising strategies and in-store tools that drive shopper conversion. Champion fixturization, merchandising, and display execution (filled and unfilled) in partnership with MCP to create the ideal in-store experience.Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights:Funnel key insights on market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and 4P performance to inform Brand and Communications teams. Provide actionable insights on both e-commerce (e.g., Amazon) and traditional retail channels to support innovation and core renovations. Identify growth opportunities through gap analyses and recommend strategic investments to maximize market performance.Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:Act as a connector between category, brand, sales, and commercial teams to ensure alignment, maximize impact, and drive strategic execution.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor brand and category performance metrics, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.Decision-Making AuthorityLead marketing activation strategies for the Americas.Implement brand initiatives with precision and excellence.Maintain and enforce high standards of brand execution.Define and measure KPIs for category, customer, and market performance.Experience and Qualifications10+ years of work experience in consumer goods, with relevant marketing and sales roles.Combination of consulting skills and hands-on experience in leading healthcare brand.Proven experience managing multiple countries/markets in the Americas region.Expertise in distributor management and building key customer relationships.Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.Ability to create and support new business and brand development initiatives.Self-starter, highly driven, with strong executive presence and leadership capabilities.
