Change the trajectory of your career by becoming a Project Manager at RPM AVS and help us shape the future of audiovisual solutions.Role and Responsibilities Coordinate and organize project resources for projectsWork with integrators to properly plan project implementation ensuring all necessary hardware and equipment is available prior to starting workEnsure technicians have all the necessary tools, ladders, etc. prior to starting a projectDirect and advise tech crews to efficiently complete work in the fieldMake regular site visits to ensure project successProvide quality control for all installation workMentor and build rapport with RPM techniciansPlan and prepare for delays and problems in the fieldCollect, read, and distribute daily reports for each active projectUpdate RPM’s Project Management System with the most current project information on dailyReview field employee timesheets and work to fix timesheet errorsMonitor and drive projects to complete in the scheduled timeframe and within RPM’s budgetReview and update project percentage of completions by labor category every weekUse RPM’s time tracking system to track time against projectsRequired Qualifications: 3+ years of Project Management Experience3+ years of commercial A/V experience installing in the field and building racksExtensive knowledge of building sub-mounts and custom mounting solutions for A/V equipmentTrain and mentor othersCompetency and experience reading and following A/V Drawing sets and bid documentsBroad understanding of typical A/V components and how they are installed and configuredLiterate in Microsoft Excel and basic personal computing (Windows)Excellent time management skillsFriendly, flexible, and approachable communicatorDesired Qualifications: AVIXA CTS & CTS-IOSHA 10/30 certificationMounting and construction of all-thread and uni-struct structuresTraining or Certifications in Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Harman, Chief, and QSCBackground CheckStandardEducationDMVPer RPM AVS’ background check policy, all final candidates will be required to consent to a criminal background investigation. Final candidates may be asked to disclose criminal record history during the initial screening process and prior to a conditional offer of employment.
