Ninepin Hospitality Group is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence for the Brass, Tusk Bar, Moby's East Hampton and Trapizzino brands. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building our guest community. Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives for the brand portfolio, driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth through digital and in-person strategies. Key Responsibilities: Brand Identity: Collaborate with creative partners on brand development, oversee collateral production, and manage website launches and updates. Direct internal photography and creative input. Community Engagement: Build relationships with local leaders and influencers, develop partnerships, and promote events to generate buzz and loyalty. Digital Marketing and Content Strategy: Manage social media, email, and website content. Implement content-first strategies to promote events and offerings, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for engagement and growth. Event Planning and Activation: Plan and execute brand-enhancing events, collaborate with operations and external partners to drive visibility and excitement. Public Relations: Oversee PR team, assistn with the development of press strategies, and creation of media assets. Marketing Strategy: Ensure consistent brand positioning across platforms, craft promotional campaigns, and manage email and social media marketing. Budgeting and Reporting: Track and report on the marketing budget, campaign performance, and customer feedback to optimize strategies. Internal Collaboration: Align marketing efforts with the operations team, manage the distribution of marketing materials, and support promotions. Qualifications: 3+ years in marketing or brand management, ideally within hospitality or restaurants. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong multitasking abilities, social media expertise, and content creation skills. Proficiency in iPhone photography/videography; knowledge of professional equipment is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook). Knowledge of graphic design and video editing. Background in high-end hospitality.
