We're seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our customer base and drive additional revenue. The role - Day to Day * Meet and exceed revenue goals while upselling and expanding existing MSP accounts. * Build and maintain strong MSP customer relationships to reduce churn and increase retention. * Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDR, Marketing, etc.) to develop and execute account strategies. * Identify opportunities to sell additional technology solutions and drive new revenue within MSP customer base. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales activity reports. What you bring to the team * Strong understanding of corporate IT environments and a solid grasp of business operations * Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. * Sound knowledge of the cyber security threat landscape and on-going intellectual curiosity. * A results-driven mindset paired with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges. * Proven success in a fast-moving, high-performance sales environment. * Strategic thinking skills with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset. * A collaborative team player attitude with the persistence and drive to achieve results.
