Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BD Sales Operations Manager to join our growing strategic growth team. In this role, you will support the broader team by optimizing sales processes, managing prospecting tools, maintaining the sales pipeline, and conducting prospect research. You will play an essential role in driving efficiency and productivity within the Strategic Growth function, enabling the team to focus on relationship-building and winning new clients. The ideal candidate has experience in sales operations or supporting business development in a marketing, customer experience (CX), or CRM agency environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing sales tools and systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud), possess strong analytical and organizational skills, and have a passion for helping teams succeed. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Tools & Process Optimization Manage and optimize sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools to ensure the team operates efficiently and has the resources they need to succeed Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement in the sales process Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and the sales team to ensure that tools and processes align with broader business objectives Maintain and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and regular updates Work with the sales team to ensure all prospects and opportunities are accurately tracked and that pipeline health is regularly assessed Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and work with leadership to implement improvements Prospecting Support & Research Conduct research on key verticals to identify new business opportunities and provide insights that guide the team's prospecting efforts Support the development of target account lists by analyzing market trends and identifying key decision-makers at enterprise brands Assist in outbound prospecting efforts, including email campaigns and follow-ups Produce and analyze regular sales performance reports and dashboards for leadership to support data-driven decision-making Monitor KPIs such as prospect engagement, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies Track lead sources and campaign effectiveness to inform future sales efforts Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales campaigns and broader marketing initiatives, including content and thought leadership Work closely with client services and account management teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospect to client Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, or a related field Previous experience in a CRM, CX, or digital marketing agency environment is highly desired Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (Sales Cloud), and sales enablement/prospecting tools"”including familiarity with Salesforce automations, templates, and campaigns Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates Strong understanding of sales processes and sales cycle management, ensuring that tools and systems support business objectives Data management skills, including the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in sales reporting and pipeline updates Process management skills to implement process improvements and enhance the efficiency of the sales operations function Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with team leadership and support cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot operational inefficiencies and improve existing workflows Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Collaborative team player who thrives on building deep internal and external relationships Exceptional verbal and written communication skills"”candidate must have a keen eye for the details Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of nondiscrimination in employment on any basis including race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, national origin, marital status, familial status, ancestry, status as a veteran, status with regard to public assistance and any other characteristic protected by law.
