Hill International is seeking a Structures Inspector in San Jose, California Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural inspection. Highway and Rail / Transit relevant experience. Must be able to work in the field for extended shifts, night time shifts, and weekend shifts, as necessary. Must be local to San Jose or surrounding areas. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using inspection tools and software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license. Commitment to safety and quality standards. The salary range for this position is $150,000-$174,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience, and work location. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Stay current with industry developments and technological advancements. Conduct follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions. Assist in the development of inspection protocols and procedures. Participate in training and professional development activities.
