Careers At Visionary Integration Professionals LLC The Accela Functional Lead is familiar with a range of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies and various development methodologies have been applied. The candidate should have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others. Additionally, the candidate must be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found. Qualifications: Experience working with Accela (or one of the Accela System Integration Partners) in the public sector Experience with COTS Agile Big 4/5 consulting experience is desirable CSM or PMP is desirable The compensation for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays, and 13 days accrued PTO.
