ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented System Analyst to join our team in the Southern Florida area. We have opportunities in the Doral, FL area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure IT systems are designed, implemented, and maintained effectively to support the needs of the organization and its users, acting as a bridge between requirements and technical solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements. Create technical documents, including flow diagrams, system models, specifications, user manuals, and guides, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders. Evaluate proposed solutions to assess technical and financial viability. Coordinate with developers, network engineers, and other IT professionals to implement systems, ensuring that systems are integrated smoothly with existing infrastructure. Evaluate test plans to ensure systems meet requirements, identifying and resolving any issues. Assist with training users and IT staff on new systems and technologies. Support troubleshooting for system-related issues. Analyze and improve processes, recommending changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure systems comply with security policies and regulatory requirements to protect data and systems from unauthorized access. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending implementation of new technologies that can benefit the organization. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline. Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting DoD programs. Experience with cloud-based technologies. ITIL certification. Clearance Requirements: Must have an active/current Secret security clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
