RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the Workday functional expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle for Student FINs. Guide clients through all project phases including fit/gap, configuration and testing. Assist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments. Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. Configure the Workday system to meet each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices. Work with the client and data migration team to help convert legacy data into Workday. Assist the integration team with design, configuration and testing delivered and custom integrations. Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers. Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's what you need: Workday Partner Certification. Minimum of 2 years experience in Higher Education within Student Financials. Minimum of 2 years experience implementing student systems or other ERP software solutions such as Workday, Banner, or PeopleSoft. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience). Bonus points if: Previous consulting experience as a functional lead with Student FINs solutions preferred. Experience gathering functional business requirements and translating to solutions. Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS office skills. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below. Role Location Annual Salary Range California $63,800 to $196,000. Colorado $63,800 to $169,300. District of Columbia $68,000 to $180,300. Illinois $59,100 to $169,300. Minnesota $63,800 to $169,300. Maryland $59,100 to $156,800. New York $59,100 to $196,000. Washington $68,000 to $180,300.
