The attorney will be responsible for a variety of legal matters related to banking, finance, corporate governance, and general business. They should have a strong understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), experience conducting due diligence, drafting loan and collateral documents, and reviewing and negotiating loan agreements for sophisticated borrower clients. Additionally, they should possess general corporate law experience advising private companies on corporate governance matters and other general business matters. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
