This role is a part-time position for 4 days per week The People Director role is central to realizing our ambition of being the most important place in our people's careers. Working with the US T&Pm leadership team and the Global Head of People, this role is accountable for creating and delivering a comprehensive People strategy across the agency that supports our business strategy to double in size over the next five years. Talent is a key lever for achieving this growth in an inclusive, inspiring and sustainable way. This is a well-rounded People role covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle (attract, join, grow, reward) whilst driving a strong culture and managing the structure to ensure optimal agility and client service. This is a high impact position: its success will be building a progressive, inclusive and agile organization fit for the future. What will be your responsibilities? Shape the US People strategy to fuel growth and competitive advantage, establishing us as a talent magnet. DEI - define a strategy anchored in data and insight to drive greater levels of diversity across all levels in the agency, and build a deep understanding and adoption of an inclusive culture. CULTURE - drive a strong, values-based culture that everyone can understand and own, and land energizing initiatives that celebrate and bring it to life. CAPABILITY - identify the skills and capabilities that will unlock new levels of growth and work to build these in sustainable, engaging ways. DISTRIBUTED WORKING - work with leaders to design their structures and ways of working that promote agility and advise on distributed working best practices. The role is a part-time, permanent position. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
