HR/Recruiting Specialist

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Non Profit industry who is looking for an HR/Recruiting Specialist to help support their HR team. This opportunity will be temp, temp to hire and is looking to pay between $28-$30/hr. This opportunity is located in Altadena and will be fully in the office. Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers for new requisitions. Handle any employee relations or investigations. Handle all benefits administration questions and assist with open enrollment. Understand and implement CA labor laws and HR compliance. Qualifications: Over 3 years of HR experience required for the role. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. Experience using Paylocity preferred but any HRIS or ATS is required.
