Senior SAP SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding Consultant The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them global support in the development of their HR strategy. ADVISE : We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization. IMPLEMENT : As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise). RUN : Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing. The SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding modules. The Consultant will also assist in other responsibilities such as providing expertise on RFP proposals and supporting work with clients. The Consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of the integration between SuccessFactors and other third-party software applications relating to HR solutions. Expert consulting for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules Conduct discovery meetings with customers, conveying effectively the purpose and value of the SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) solutions Design and/or build learning solutions to requirements in RCM and Onboarding Manage technical support questions and issues from the learning mailbox Create and configure Excel documents to successfully import into RCM and Onboarding Upload and test courses to iContent and other content management systems (iDocs, SharePoint, BrightCove, UPerform) Consult on reporting needs and RCM and Onboarding data Consult on learning programs and solutions for groups who want to use the RCM and Onboarding Accountable for day-to-day work and collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure a successful project outcome Work independently on smaller pieces of work Complete implementation projects on time and within budget Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary "face" to the customer throughout the implementation process Educate the customer on employee database and technical requirements Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and knowledge on how to leverage the solution to add value to the organization Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered product issues Provide train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to the customer Configure solution using XML code and front-end support tools to meet customer needs Act as a translator between customer requirements and technical requirements Document customer business needs, implemented/configured processes, and any unresolved open action items; deliver this documentation to Customer Support Required Professional Expertise Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience At least 1-2 years of implementing Recruiting and Onboarding solutions SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding certifications Experience with managing quality assurance processes for software implementations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration, and self-learning Knowledge of XML or HTML would be advantageous Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent time management and organization skills Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with shifting priorities at the same time Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration Experience re-engineering HR business processes Experience with 3rd party integration providers WHAT WE OFFER A stimulating work environment at the heart of an entrepreneurial and international culture.
