The primary objective of the Excellence Explorer Squad is to enhance the usage of the SAP and IT Eco System and drive its adoption in commercial sites and manufacturing plants. The Team will work closely with market stakeholders, understand their pain points, and strategize ways to improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for partnering with Business partners in our Animal Health in the SAP Analytics supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system. You will report to Value Team Lead Executive Director - Animal Health IT Global Business Solutions and cooperate with Global and local Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SME's) on the business side as well as Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues and support team members. Responsibilities Support safeguarding the Global Template Reviews and supports approval of changes before they are executed Build strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO's) and Key Users / SME's Delivers input to the GBPO and Team Manager for Projects and CRF's Manages medium complex projects Participate in workshops, support testing, training and go-live Support second line support team Connect with EPM colleagues on to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requests Qualifications Broad general IT knowledge and experience In depth knowledge of Analytics in SAP Finance & Commercial Sales 3+ years hands-on experience with developing analytics in SAP BW/Business Objects and HANA Experience with functional and technical components of BI reporting, SAP Query Designer, BEx, BW, BO Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry Have knowledge and experience in computer system validation Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software Strongly developed analytical skills Excellent communication skills Drive to deliver quality work Customer-oriented way of working Ability to maintain contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds Mature business partner and creative problem solver Fluency in English (speaking and writing) Willingness to travel (up to 25%) What we offer Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern (e.g., even 80% full-time is possible in justified cases) Pension and health insurance contributions Internal reward system plus referral programme 5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually Cafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, Lí­tačka, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport Card Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more Ready to take up the challenge?
