The position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment. This position is located at our Minneapolis MN and requires working on-site. Responsibilities: Provide on-site support to our end-users as a Level 2 analyst, ensuring prompt and courteous technical assistance. Conduct live on-demand assistance. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels prior to events. Oversee the technical aspects of live conference room events. Ensure all event spaces are equipped with necessary technology. Prepare technology in all conference rooms used for all events. Coordinate the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for all events. Support and facilitate live events and incoming event requests. Support AV, conference room technologies, and media systems. Basic hardware troubleshooting (e.g., WIFI, laptops, and AV equipment). Manage an effective tier 2 support operation for all conferences. Assist in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes. Monitor and report system issues appropriately. Monitor and track technology at hoteling cubes. What you will need: 3 years of relevant experience supporting end-user hardware and software required. Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals. Usage of support ticketing systems preferred. Expert in supporting conference room technology. Experience supporting Poly, Crestron AV equipment, and room controls as well as Microsoft Teams room devices.
