JOB TITLE: Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Delivery Lead This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as it is near an Accenture Corporate Office. We help our clients efficiently and sustainably build and upgrade the factories, plants, networks, grids, transport and public infrastructure we need to live and work. Our experienced program and project managers work on the ground, hand in hand with our industry experts, strategists, technologists and ecosystem partners to help us improve project performance and outcomes. THE WORK: You'll join a team of experienced engineers, project managers, technologists and construction managers to ensure the long-term viability of public and private infrastructure across diverse industries. You'll work on project delivery across public service, utilities, transportation and more to help our clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital moves into the core of industry where virtual and physical converge. You'll help our clients transform their core operations and enable them to pivot to new products & services, experiences, and business & operating models. You'll focus on digital reinvention of value chains across the capital projects delivery lifecycle for multiple industries. You'll support the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X. You'll gain experience with Accenture's ecosystem partners. You'll work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained. You'll gain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry leading practice. Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses. Job Requirements: Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years professional work experience in a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management/Project systems including Oracle Primavera, Hexagon AIL, E-Builder, Kahua or similar technologies. Minimum 5 years of Functional experience with capital project execution systems such as Portfolio, Engineering Data, Construction or Maintenance Management solutions. Minimum 5 years Experience in capital projects management, asset management, construction execution, project management, and/or project controls. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Teams/SharePoint, Projects, PowerPoint, Word. Experience with Oracle Analytics, Primavera Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau or similar technologies. 5+ years of relevant consulting experience. Industry certifications such as CCM, CCE, PSP, EVM, PE, PMP, AIA, or QS. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
