As an Information Assurance Specialist at Booz Allen, you'll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You'll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users' roles within them. You'll analyze the identity life cycle, articulating access requirements and defining enterprise identity records. You'll use your experience in IAM to design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing our clients' most valuable assets. From single sign-on to privileged access systems, you'll have the chance to implement enterprise-class solutions and stop adversaries in their tracks. You Have: 6+ years of experience leading and implementing the Assessment and Authorization process under Risk Management Framework for new and existing information systems 3+ years of experience reviewing assessment reports and assisting projects in identifying security risks, including technical and non-technical, and developing effective mitigation strategies, including Plan of Action and Milestones Knowledge of supporting the development or modification of System Security Plans, security requirements, and supporting documentation for the Assessment and Authorization process Ability to ensure all products and administrative documentation are completed and maintained, including for continuity and historical reference Ability to design, develop, and implement network security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree 8 years of experience in engineering or 12 years of experience in engineering lieu of a degree IAT Level 3 or IAM Level 2 certification Nice If You Have: Experience with identifying information protection needs for an IS and Network environment Ability to support engineering tasks Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD).
