Share Share Email Tweet Share POSITION SUMMARY: Sr Project Manager will have a minimum of 5 years industry experience and 3 years experience working as a project manager for demolition or construction projects. They will possess the required soft skills to manage personnel and be able to coordinate details of multiple projects simultaneously. They will show proficiency in Merchant Demolition estimating software, systems and services provided. They will be asked to manage and oversee tools, equipment and staffing. A minimum requirement overseeing 5+ projects simultaneously will be expected of a Sr Project Manager. Expectations :1. Submit weekly progress job reports.2. Manage tool, equipment and HR resources daily.3. Coordinate site foreman responsibilities per project. Responsibilities :1. Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.2. Set up project tools, equipment, staffing.3. Manage client expectations and communication as related to project scope of work.4. Direct adherence to contract scope of work, change orders for each project.5. Work with management team to implement and oversee field directives.6. Daily job reporting and progress updates.7. Safety adherence per OSHA requirements, 30 hour OSHA certification.8. Participate in company events and meetings.
