Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. The Work: Support our clients in developing SuccessFactors technical architectures and integration strategies Support the translation of business and user requirements into detailed integration designs Manage onshore and offshore technical workstreams (data, integration) Develop strong relationships with clients, bringing leading practices and challenging client thinking to ensure the right technical architecture and integration solutions are delivered Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP SuccessFactors and business expertise Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's what you need: Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration including CPI and OData APIs Experience leading integration and/or technical architecture for at least 2 SuccessFactors implementations Experience leading a team(s) in Global Delivery model Prior experience working in a Consulting/Advisory role Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington.
