You're as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. The Work: Establish an expectation and culture of putting team member experience at the center of program operations Drive coordinated and holistic Methodology approach across the program. Define and deliver the internal Learning Approach - drive execution of learning plans, aligning learning paths to persona's/roles Create a prioritized roadmap of Enablement initiatives based on standard program inputs (i.e. integrated plan); Connect multiple disciplines and apply Accenture methodologies to create the ideal internal program solution or experience (change management, strategic communications, primary research, experience design, learning design) Own the design, development, rollout, and execution of enablement/Methodology planning, tracking, and reporting methodologies, processes, and tools. Enable execution within the program by providing the forums & mechanisms, templates and coordination Partner with Cross Functional Teams Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs Minimum of 5 years of experience driving the design, development, rollout, and execution of delivery Methodology, inclusive of planning, tracking, and reporting, development of processes, and training and enablement of people. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model (preferably in an Agile or Hybrid model) Minimum of 5 years' experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (ie: SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.) Minimum of 3 years' working with clients/projects to effectively communicate Project/Program status', risk and mitigations Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role or position Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
