In this pivotal role, you will: Build and nurture exceptional client relationships, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client work, leveraging strong project management skills to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Develop and implement systems and processes that empower the team to deliver their best work, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and impact in the social impact and advocacy space. About You You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering excellence in client services and team leadership. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in account management or project leadership roles, preferably in the creative, advocacy, or social impact sectors. Expertise in building and maintaining high-trust client relationships. Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on process improvement and team efficiency.
