Crossroads WIC MIS Release Manager

North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) (Raleigh, NC) This position serves as the Release Manager for the Crossroads Management Information System (MIS), which supports the administration of the WIC program at the state and local levels. The position is responsible for: Planning system enhancements. Coordinating joint application design sessions (as needed) and user acceptance testing. Scheduling system upgrades which require multi-agency coordination. Extensive coordination with the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) contractor. Leading the procurement of a maintenance and enhancement (M&E) contractor by drafting the RFP, working through the evaluation process, and overseeing any transition in/out activities.
