Position Type: Full Time Bachelor's Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Day Description Position Summary: Primary sales point-of-contact representing Chesmar Homes within assigned community. Ensure model & community cleanliness as well as visibility through various advertising strategies. Maintain or exceed sales expectations set forth by management. Ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee all Division Marketing efforts, work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing and sales team to create & implement marketing strategies. Assist in opening of new communities including utility set up, signage, flags, interior design bid meetings, advertising. Review community traffic and sales on a weekly basis to identify trends, evaluate any communities behind sales goals and make recommendations to improve traffic performance. Attend weekly sales meetings and conduct community visits to build rapport with NHC's to assess sales office and model presentation, signage, collateral, etc. Creating marketing collateral following branded design. Maintaining pricing, inventory listings, marketing materials and website with a high level of accuracy. Research, review, and implement sponsorship opportunities and community functions that promote realtor relations, customer relations, and general branding of the company. Update digital assets with new inventory, plan changes, pricing adjustments. Administrative tasks such as distribution of collateral materials, approving invoices, meeting with vendors/agencies, coordinating events, etc. Coordinate internal marketing and associate meetings or events. Create and maintain a Marketing Calendar of Events, including employee birthday and work anniversary dates. Assist Division President and VP of Sales with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Knowledge & Skills: Has obtained or will obtain a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, or a related field. Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills. Flexibility with schedule, including some evenings, weekends. Must demonstrate a commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail and consistency in work product. Adapts to change and resolves issues quickly. Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability and desire to work in a team environment. Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and database management is required. Understanding and experience within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) is preferred. Education and Experience: BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing Business, or Communications. 2+ years of experience in related field.
