Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of existing MEP systems. Conduct site visits to review and provide solutions for retrofitting or replacement needs. Manage and coordinate with other project team members including architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP replacement and upgrade projects. Oversee upgrades ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with management and senior staff to develop a unique area of specialty. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Mechanical Aptitude: In-depth understanding of machinery operation; ability not just to repair but also to improve system performance. Experience working on MEP projects and implementing inspections of mechanical systems, processes, and procedures. Desired Traits: Ability to identify root causes behind mechanical failures and malfunctions whether they lie within mechanics, electrics, or both. PE licensed is desirable. Strong technical expertise, client management skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment. Excited to work on large-scale projects. Some understanding of electrical/plumbing expertise.
