The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience across Hypervisor, Data Backup, NAS/SAN storage, Network Architecture, IT Security, Microsoft 365 Business Premium Support, Active Directory, Windows/Linux Server Administration, and Voice & Network Communications. The candidate must be highly skilled at Service Desk, Project Management, Hands-on Leadership, Team Building, and System Integration. DESIRED SKILLS: Service Desk Management/ITIL Foundation v3/4 Microsoft Windows (Desktop/Server) Hypervisor Technologies Telecommunications/LAN/WAN Architecture Microsoft Platform Systems: Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, RDS/Session Host Management Microsoft 365/Azure: Use knowledge of identity and access management in on-premises and cloud solutions inclusive of Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and third-party identity providers Data Backup and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Network Configuration/Security: TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, DHCP, VLANS, VPN, DNS, SD-WAN Computer Systems Deployment: Install and upgrade computer components, software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes Professional Development Mentor Work experience at a Managed Service Provider Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Microsoft Certified (Preferred): Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Professional IT Certifications: MCSA/MSCE, Project+, Network+, A+, Security+ How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they are the best fit for this role.
