Environmental Land Use and Government Attorney

Malamut & Associates is seeking an attorney with at least 1-3 years' experience to support the Government and Regulatory Affairs Department. The ideal candidate(s) will participate in the representation of public sector clients, in areas including, but not limited to local government/municipal law and land use. Individual(s) will maintain relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Qualifications At least 1-3 years' experience in direct handling of public sector clients Juris Doctor Degree Admission to New Jersey Bar Currently in Good Standing with the New Jersey State Bar No disciplinary history No history of professional negligence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong legal knowledge Strong organizational skills Municipal Law experience Land Use experience Tech savvy - ability to learn and use legal industry software applications.
