Senior Manager Asset Management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement Asset Management strategies within an asset management frameworkActively manage a portfolio of renewable energy assets throughout the lifecycleOwn and drive individual project and portfolio P&L performance to ensure best-in-class financial performance, risk management, and operational performanceDevelop and manage annual operating plans, project budgets, project onboarding, project reportingWork proactively and collaboratively with key business functions across the organization to ensure compliance, accurate accounting, reliable forecasts, and smart cash managementLead interface with customers, lenders, landowners, and external stakeholders of operating assets and solve emergent matters quickly and professionallyLead and support continuous improvement initiatives spanning business processes, systems, and proceduresFamiliarization with power markets and various merchant and contracted revenue strategies Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Measurable track record of creating value within a large energy portfolio using digital asset management performance platforms, advanced analytic systems, and processes and proceduresDemonstrated success working in dynamic, agile, and data driven teams within a key performance environmentBachelor’s degree within business, STEM, finance, economics or related field; advanced degree is a plus5 to 10 years’ experience within the energy industryExcellent written and verbal communications skills with advanced levels of emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management
