This strategic leader will oversee all aspects of financial management, drive growth through M&A, and ensure excellence in financial operations and reporting.Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance to the CEO and executive team, translating strategic goals into actionable financial plans.M&A Excellence: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities.Oversee due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiations, and post-merger integration to maximize value creation.
