Marketing ManagerReports to: VP of MarketingMightyID is a failsafe identity resilience platform for when cyber resilience and business continuity is of the utmost importance. With backup and recovery, migration, and failover capabilities for your Identity Access Management environment, we help fortify your identity environment through powerful, flexible, and comprehensive IAM security and resilience solutions. Headquartered in the US and founded on over a hundred years of combined cybersecurity expertise, MightyID is dedicated to creating safer online environments for enterprises across the country and globe.The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for managing all marketing efforts for MightyID. This includes managing events and conferences, marketing campaigns, marketing analytics platforms, email marketing, social media efforts, third party agencies, and other marketing efforts as they arise. This position also has responsibilities related to managing the creation of marketing materials and digital assets as required by the marketing team, sales team, and other internal departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support a growth-minded marketing strategy across any and all marketing channels as handled internally or with external agencies.Manages Conference and Event presence, including conference research, registrations, etc.Manages Organic Social Media efforts across key social media channels, including guidance of a monthly content calendar based on ongoing strategic initiatives or thought leadership opportunities.Manages Digital Advertising across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, or other channels.Continued optimizations based on performance, including keyword adjustments, audience adjustments, etc.Recommendations for new content or campaigns based on trends or performanceManages Email efforts, including client-facing email blasts, drip campaigns, and other.Management of Hubspot marketing effortsManages Thought Leadership Content in partnership with consultants and others throughout the organizationServes as first round editor for content received from AI tools, external writers, or internal authorsInforms briefs for copywritersRegular Reporting on success metrics across marketing channels, in partnership with VP of MarketingManage updates and changes to Company Website(s)Fields Inbound Design Requests from company stakeholders, such as presentations, white papers, one-sheets, etc.Develop collateral/email campaigns and nurturing campaignsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedNecessary skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field5+ years hands-on event planning experienceProven ability to work with clients or internal stakeholders at a leadership or executive levelSelf-starter with ability to work independently or with a teamWorking knowledge with marketing and communications tools such as Hubspot, Canva, Wordpress, etc.Experience with planning software such as MondayExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBonus Points:Experience with a highly technical audienceDirect experience within a marketing agency or startup environmentWe’ve got you covered!Comprehensive benefits offeringPaid time off and holidays401k with Company matchVibrant work cultureAdditional requirements:A valid driver’s license is required.Eligibility to work in the United States.EEOC StatementTevora is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
