Integrated Marketing ManagerOverview:The Global Impact Marketing team drives marketing initiatives for impact-focused areas across the company, including Social Impact, Nonprofits, Economic Graph, and Sustainability. Our mission is to engage and grow the nonprofit community, support professionals overcoming barriers, and lead impactful conversations on our platform.We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Global Impact Marketing Team. This role will support the Integrated Marketing Leads in the development and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns and always-on content that targets our nonprofit, workforce development, and professional facing barrier audiences across NAMER, EMEAL & APAC. This role will also support nonprofit customer demand generation efforts, as well as strategic event and community engagement initiatives that target our key audiences.The ideal candidate will have experience owning tactical processes needed to execute integrated marketing campaigns and content development – to include managing agencies and internal stakeholders – as well as a passion for supporting nonprofits and addressing social issues.Location –Washington, D.C. or NYC, NYResponsibilities:Support the Integrated Marketing Leads in the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns across multiple internal and external digital channels by owning marketing operational processes such as preparing and submitting materials, email and ad template development, website production management, day-to-day creative agency collaboration, presentation deck production, light proofreading and copyediting, and quality assurance across assets.Own the daily management and behind-the-scenes logistics needed to produce always-on content for Social Impact, company for Nonprofits, Economic Graph, and Sustainability, partnering with agencies, Integrated Marketing Leads and other teammates.Support the Integrated Marketing Leads in managing relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders across Social Impact, company for Nonprofits, Product, Sales, Brand and Creative, and Communications teams.Own the evergreen content strategy for the Nonprofits Resource Hub, including managing web updates and marketing organic content efforts, and developing and maintaining community engagement around the Hub.Partner with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to support key demand generation campaigns, to include brief development, ad content creation, and reporting.Oversee the localization of content and marketing assets (including websites, PDFs, emails, social media content, etc.) across multiple languages for campaigns as needed.Establish success metrics and track the performance of integrated marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.Requirements: Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing roles.4+ years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns, to include agency management and content production. Preferred Qualifications:6+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing roles.2+ years of experience working with project management tools like Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Sprinklr, etc.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment.Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves.Knowledge and experience working across multiple marketing channels including web, email, social media, events, and paid media.Understanding of design principles and experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides.Intellectually curious with ability to learn quickly and pivot.Proven success in stakeholder relationship management.Experience working in a mission-driven environment, with exposure to social impact issues and the nonprofit community.
