No H1B and/or C2C please!!One of our leading Pharmaceutical client is looking for a Director, Global Decision Sciences and Insights, who will responsible for all activities related to Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) leadershipJob Title: Director, Global Decision Sciences and Insights (Pharma/Biotech/CRO)W2 Contract & Hybrid role (3 day onsite)Work Location: Foster City, CARequired Education & Experience:- Ability to meaningfully portray and effectively communicate complex quantitative data in an easy-to-understand format is required.Proven experience with global Sales and Marketing organizations and experience with pharmaceutical data sources e.g., IQVIA/IMS, SHA and chart audits are requiredExperience in conducting commercial analytics and proactively identifying analyses to address key business questionsExperience in conducting qualitative/quantitate market research and patient-based market/revenue modellingStrong task- and project-management skills: planning, prioritization, objective setting, and executionAbility to effectively leverage Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) to present quantitative data in graphical form is requiredResponsibilities (Market Research + Forecasting/Analytics):-Partner with Senior Director and Executive Director, Integrated Insights and Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) leadership to define global market research priorities to proactively inform upcoming business decisionsLead qualitative and quantitative primary research across physician, patient, and payer groupsAnalyze, synthesize, and guide the organization based on market insightsAnalyze secondary data sources (e.g., script data, epidemiology data) to produce summaries, and insights/implications, and evaluate potential new sourcesDevelop long-term forecast models for key products/indications, including forecasts of epidemiology, competitive market, product share, price, and revenueCollaborate with Regional and Local Analytics & Insight teams, as well as Literature Resources, Competitive Intelligence, R&D, Pricing and Market Access, and Marketing/Sales leads to identify and include quality data assumptions into forecasting modelsCarry out deterministic base-case and scenario modeling and Monte Carlo simulation to support decision-makingIf you are a right fit as per the skills requirements and this job excites you then please apply quick!!
