Job Title: Part Time HR AssistantLocation: Nazareth, NJType of Employment: Temporary to PermanentIn Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% in officeHourly Rate: $20 - $22/hrJob Summary:LHH is working with a healthcare company in Nazareth, PA to hire a temporary to permanent HR Assistant. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience. The hours at the start are Monday through Friday 9AM to 12PM but after 6 months has the possibility to become full time. This role is 100% in office when training but may have opportunity for hybrid work down the road.If this role is a fit to your background, please submit an updated resume for review.Responsibilities: Assisting with recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, and sitting in on interviewsOnboarding new hires, conducting compliance checks and answering onboarding questionsEntering employee data into the HRISResponding to emails coming into the main HR inboxHelping with various administrative tasks that arise within the departmentRequired Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is a plusAt least 2 years of related experienceExperience using a HRIS is preferredStrong technical skills, proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsPositive, upbeat demeanor with a strong willingness to help, learn and grow with the team
