Client Overview: Apparel company that has become a staple within the fashion and retail industry. Position Overview: Seeking a warm, service-oriented individual to work as a Showroom Receptionist/Office Assistant. Receptionist Responsibilities:Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customersDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptionist desk and manage visitor logbookOrder office supplies and keep track office supply inventory, including service calls for office equipment like copiers, computers, phones, AC etc.Update calendars and schedule meetings • Keep updated records of office expenses, costs and petty cash. • Manage and maintain the vendor list for service-related communication. • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and scanning • Work with Sales and Production department to manage the order processing procedures • Customer Service for E-Commerce clientsReceptionist Requirements:0-1 years of related Reception and office assistant experience in an apparel industry Strong technical skills; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Experience in "Exenta/Simparel" is preferableBachelor’s degree preferred Service-oriented, helpful demeanor, exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.Strong organizational skillsAbility to adapt and thrive under pressurePositive team player
